Well, this was my entry for the Sonic and the Black Knight art contest. ^^; I finished this 2 hours before midnight for the deadline date... the moment I got home from school i worked 8 hours straight without stopping, and got little sleep as a result. Even though I didn't win anything, I'm still really happy I participated because then I would have regretted.

Leave it to me to find out about a darn art contest the day before the deadline. XD The style of CG for this is... honestly, I have no clue, but I do know I went Wacom and paintbrush crazy. =3 It could have been better... I mean, this was rushed, like, REALLY RUSHED. It's a bit sloppy in some areas and I didn't bother to go with perspective when doing the background, plus the water looks really flat, which is irritating me to no end.

But you no what, not bad for a lazy artist like me. At least I know I can still do Sonic artwork. =P

I LOVE KILLER WHALES. And WTF is with Shamu chasing Sonic anyways? I like that part in SA1, it was amusing to watch. X3

I started painting with acrylics at first, but it was taking too long so I scanned and painted over it on Photoshop. XD

I really need to get a lightbox so I can watercolor inked pictures...
